Gordon Hall The original Feather Hill trainer!
Gordon is our facility manager and head trainer. He will respond to the goals you set for your horse by organizing our training team so that your horse is working with the person best suited to instill the new skills you desire. Gordon is focused on the importance of a solid foundation of ground work to develop the proper manners and respect you deserve and expect from your horse. Your well founded dream horse can only be developed one step at a time. Gordon's philosophies and expectations for the perfect horse are responsible for the excellent reputation Feather Hill has today for the finished product we are known to put out. The word of mouth referrals we still get today from some of Gordon's first clients are a testament to his dedication and skill. MEET THE REST OF OUR STAFF.... Brenda Hall Most likely the voice behind the email....
Brenda and Feather Hill Stallion, Nickleback a son of Mi Sueno Brenda's childhood dream to ride a horse across the United States and the Walt Disney movie The Calipso Kid somehow developed into what you see now here at Feather Hill Stables. While reality and responsibility force the cross country ride to be compromised into competitive trail and endurance riding in events from Maine to Florida and anywhere else weekends and vacations will get her too the dream lives on! This desire inspired a lot of genetic research as the broodmare band was purchased and the search for the best herd sire took several more years to complete and result in the purchase of Mi Sueno a then 9 yr old son of the Legendary Coral LaCe. The first offspring from Mi Sueno will be hitting the distance trail in late 2006. It has been a long wait just getting to this point which seems like only the beginning!

| We currently have an opening for the right person to join our team as a working assistant barn manager! The right person has basic computer skills for record keeping. Will invoice and manage client accounts. Will have strong organizational skills to schedule appointments, and assist vet and farrier. Will have good people skills and will enjoy returning phone calls, meeting with clients and visitors. Will have a good knowledge of horse health and be able to administer basic first aid, meds, and supplements in addition to regular feeding and housekeeping duties. Riding Lessons
Riding lessons for the young and young at heart! It's never too late to learn. Only $35.00 per hour on our horse or yours. Indoor and outdoor arenas for year around availability. |
